About the Cemetery
The Wakefield Town Cemetery is maintained by the Town of Wakefield and serves as the final resting place for many of the town's founding families and longtime residents. The cemetery reflects the rich history of Wakefield dating back to its incorporation in 1902.
The Cemetery Committee of the Town Council oversees the care and maintenance of the grounds, working to preserve this important piece of Wakefield's heritage for future generations.
